Motivational Speaker Policy & Agreement

Thank you for choosing our motivational speaking services. We are committed to providing an uplifting, professional, and valuable experience. This agreement outlines simple and fair terms for both parties.

1. Booking & Confirmation
• A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.
• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once confirmed, you will receive written confirmation with all event details.

2. Payment Terms
• Interview Fee $30 at booking
•  $70  Session payment due before the session

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change.
• 30+ days before session: Full refund of session.
• 15–29 days before session: 50% refund.
• 14 days or less before session may be applied to a future session within 12 months.
• If the speaker must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

4. Rescheduling Policy
• One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days notice.
• We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date.
5. Session Requirements
Client agrees to provide:
• Safe and professional speaking environment
• Working microphone/sound system if needed
• Seating and event access details
• Parking or travel accommodations if agreed

6. Speaker Commitment
We promise to:
• Arrive on time and prepared
• Deliver an engaging, professional presentation
• Respect your audience, time, and goals
• Communicate promptly before the  

8. Satisfaction Promise
Your experience matters. If concerns arise, please notify us within 3 business days so we can work toward a fair solution.
9. Acceptance
Booking confirmation and payment indicate acceptance of these terms.
